My Feet

Yesterday, my feet finally got warm. Duh, you might say, yesterday was the day before the summer solstice. Of course your feet were warm.

This post isn't going to win me any friends or faithful readers. My Arizona friends will huff and puff and consider me an ingrate that doesn't appreciate the finer things in life. Like cold feet. And rain.

My Pacific Northwest friends will huff and puff and consider me downright spoiled to be complaining about cold feet when at least the S-U-N is out. (Really, I try to avoid the "S" word as much as possible, it can bring about quite the nasty reaction).

The truth is this spring has been really cold. And rainy. Here's proof.Mushrooms do not grow in dry arid climates. So there.

If it makes you feel any better, my warm feet will be once again cold feet at 6 p.m., when my DH gets home and cranks up the air conditioning.

'til next post
